Located south of Tulsa in Tahlequah. Dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Cherokee history and culture. Nestled in wooded, natural surroundings, our 44 acre complex includes a Museum, Amphitheater, Ancient Village, Rural Village, and Farm, as well as ample picnic facilities and paved parking areas.

Frank Phillips' Woolaroc

Hidden away in the rugged Osage Hills of Northeastern Oklahoma, Woolaroc was established in 1925 as the ranch retreat of oilman Frank Phillips. The ranch is a 3,700 acre wildlife preserve, home to many species of native and exotic wildlife, such as buffalo, elk and longhorn cattle. Woolaroc is also a museum with an outstanding collection of western art and artifacts, Native American material, one of the finest collections of Colt firearms in the world, and so much more.

Tulsa Garden Center

Tulsa Garden Center, located in historic Woodward Park, is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide a variety of horticultural and environmental education opportunities for the community and to serve as horticultural headquarters for the Tulsa area. A primary goal is to promote learning about plants through educational and recreational programs, while preserving the heritage of its historic building. Tulsa Garden Center fulfills its role as part of a larger botanical community by advocating responsible stewardship of plants and their habitats and frequently sponsors lectures, classes, shows and special events.
